Pictures of me and my girls from Target Studio

I'm so excited to finally get these and share them with you. It was so much fun doing pictures with Hailee and Abigail. They were gorgeous and the pictures turned out so good!! I love my girls and I am thankful everyday for having them and the blessings and joy that I receive everyday from having them so near.

Photo shoot at International Peace Gardens and The Great Salt Lake

Yes, the photo shoot was really for Raelynn's bridal pictures but if you know me, I couldn't help but pull out my camera and take a few shots of my own of my gorgeous girls and the beautiful scenery and sunset.

Visiting Salt Lake City

We are in Salt Lake City for the next week and I'm so happy to be spending time here with Hailee and planning to visit friends and all.

Last night we had our annual Chase Thanksgiving Dinner feast. It was funn seeing everybody...Ward, Paula, Tyson, Marilyn, Jordan, Chelsea, Cameron, Gene, Kathy and Paul. Plus there was all of us who are staying at the Draper house for the week...my parents, Raelynn, Lincoln, Max, Grandma Chase, Felisha, her friend Brandon and then me and my two girls. What a big crowd! And the food was great! I ate too much, as usual....I just love Thanksgiving food though. Oh well.

Halloween

We were given a couch and loveseat for our new house but they were COVERED in animal dander. I thought I could clean them off but they were bad! I began to have major asthma attacks one after the other Thursday night and by 3 a.m. Friday morning, my inhaler had run out and I wasn't going to make it til 8 a.m. when I was supposed to be in Salt Lake. Greg, Abigail and I left by 4 a.m. to get me a new inhaler in Salt Lake City. My parents (who were already in Park City) ran to Salt Lake to get my inhaler from Walgreens and we met them back at their condo around 6 a.m. and I was saved! I was so excited to go to Hailee's school for her class party and then take her home with us for the weekend. At her school, I dressed her up in her costume that we got for her (thanks mom and dad!) then I went with her and her class to visit her 5th grade buddy, Ava.

After that, we went back to her classroom and played games, made necklaces and treats and had a great time.

We drove home to Roosevelt, excited to show Hailee our new home and then I took the girls trick or treating. Hailee was so excited to be a witch and Papa found the most fitting costume for Abigail, she was a monkey!

Abigail lasted for about 3 houses and then stayed at home with daddy to pass out candy while Hailee and I headed out to hit up some more houses and then a trunk or treat at our new church. She was very happy with her stash! Later on we carved pumpkins. We had a lot of fun!

And here is Hailee singing the cutest Halloween song!

And yes, we got rid of the couches...sadly.

Our new house!

We finally got a house! We are living in Roosevelt which is 10 minutes from Myton. It's a bigger "city" and it's close to our jobs and everything. It is a huge house! Older home though, you can tell by the wallpaper, haha! It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room, large kitchen, 1 car garage and a backyard with a garden, spring planting here I come! I'm so happy and greatful to be in a home. I am also greatful to my parents for letting us stay with them for a month so that we were able to get established out here in the Basin. Thank you mom, dad and Felisha. I don't know what we would do without you! Hailee was here this weekend and she loves it! She also has the biggest room in the house, which is pretty cool for a five year old. I have met some of my neighbors and they seem nice, well, except for the really annoying, always barking dogs next door. We are going to be doing a bit of fixing up to the inside of the house. Our landlord is pretty easy going and said to do whatever we wanted to do to make the house look good. I hope to live here for quite awhile until we save up enough money to be able to build the house that we really want. I don't want to move again unless it is our final move. Moving is awful!!

Here are videos of the inside!

The Bluebell Cornmaze

October 15, 2008
For Hailee's weekend visit we went to the Bluebell cornmaze. We had lots of fun! First the girls played in the corn box (instead of a sand box...it was a shed full of corn!)...Hailee loved it and had a blast but Abigail didn't think to much of it.

Next we played in the hay maze...

We then went to the goat walk...

Down the PVC slide...

And then into the cornmaze!

We made it out and then the girls rode on the Cow train...

And then we posed for some self pics by the haystacks.

It was so much fun and I'm so glad Hailee was with us! Her teacher told me that she told everybody in class about her visit to the cornmaze. I love her and I love every minute I get to spend with her, I wish it were more.
